Choose the appropriate motor for belt conveyor

We can chose the following motor for our belt conveyor:

 1) high rotor resistance belt conveyor motor 2) deep trench belt conveyor motor 3) double squirrel cage belt conveyor motor 4) wound induction belt conveyor motor 5) Two-speed belt conveyor motor 6) VVVF belt conveyor motor 7) thruster belt conveyor motor 8) electromagnetic governor belt conveyor motor. Directly start used in small belt conveyor directly, AC contactor motor is connected to the electric net. If the belt conveyor load inertia, the start-up time is too long, it will blow fuse. At this time, can choose two-way knife, a loaded greater Bearing Block than the starting current of the fuse, one fitted with a rated current of the fuse. Close two knife startup when start the belt conveyor, the latter is closed, the former opened. This approach requires a large power transformer capacity, but the installation is economic.
