Is there an area for recreational activities? Does the place offer wi-fi? Are there enough bathroom and comfort rooms (is it clean as well?)? Are the rooms comfy? These are some of facilities that should be readily available at the venue. The absence of any of these might threaten the overall enjoyment of everyone.

Food

Hunger triggers unnecessary emotions, and of course, you wouldn’t want anyone to lose their control, right? Check the menu of your desired location and if possible conduct a food taste. A team building activity is energy draining, you will need to recharge and eat well. Also, good food always results to good mood.

Price

Companies have budget for outdoor activities like this. If you are in charge of the planning, better be good in reading reviews or go check the place yourself. You don’t necessarily have to settle for pricey venues to guarantee comfort. There are a lot of affordable team building venues that are far more satisfying than those fancy popular places.

Always reward your employees with a great day to unwind. We all need to relax and have fun. All work and no play will only make everyone tired and fed up.
