HDPE is an important component of the plastic industry. What is HDPE? What are the roles of calcium carbonate masterbatch in the production of HDPE?

HDPE stands for Hight Density Poly Ethylene, which is one of many polymers derived from polyethylene. • Bending force 60 kg / cm2, shore hardness (ASTM-D2240): 30 ÷ 35

• Brinel hardness 1.8 ÷ 2.5kg / cm2, MI flow index: 0.1 ÷ 60gr / 10m.

• Poor adhesion, easy to flow, odorless, tasteless, non-toxic.

The advantages of HDPE and calcium carbonate masterbatch in plastic pipe production

Plastic pipe possesses valuable properties when compared with other calcium carbonate masterbatch pipe:

- Extremely durable HDPE pipes, withstand very well in the environment of liquids as well as common solutions on roads, soil, water supply and drainage. It does not rust and is not affected by solutions such as salts, acids and alkalis, even in acid rainwater will not affect these HDPE pipes.
