The Due to the working-age of the population especially people with the different types of disabilities are more often to be recognised by the valuable resources and the resources for the disability and employment is more than important as compared to earlier days.  The research on disability and employment is in the paper outlines of the states of affairs. They focus on a particular group of people with such types of disability can be recognition of the results of the disabled person from the Interaction of the people. The important issue which includes the complexity of disabled people, the concerning people who are disabled at work, the barriers and the enablers for the employment of such people are discussed. To these people, they show more importance to find the existing literature and indicate the depth in the research is needed. They finalize the main agenda on such disability and employment and provide recommendations for further practices.

In terms of employment, people with disability are an underemployed group of the workforce. Many of this kind of people can and wants to work.  Because of high unemployment rates among the people who are disabled coexists withe shortages of labour in the market due to demographic changes. People who are disabled often fail to be a part of any work because of the lack of support from the people in the workplace.

  • People those who are with disabilities are very much reliable  employees and overall the high job retention rates in these days

  • Work which is related to the accident, the employees with disability are less likely to get into it.

  • People hired in the business, are going to receive tax credits or another incentive.

  • People with such disability will increase in diversity at the workplace.

  • Disable people are more capable as compared to other people
