Bake some brownies for a thank you basket

As soon as we hear ‘brownies’, it inevitably leads to a pool of drool! Those little pieces of chocolate heaven are so delicious, it should be sinful! Having just one is a crime, so instead of rushing to the store every time a craving hits, you might as well learn how to bake them! You don’t have to be a chef to make a tasty brownie. All you need are kitchen staples, piles of chocolate and sheer grit and determination. You will also need these recipes of course! They will ensure you create a scrumptious batch of brownies, all on your own.

Here are a few of the most delicious chocolate brownie recipes

Fudge Brownies:

To bake a batch of Fudge brownies, all you need to do is take a large bowl. Put in, 2-2/3 cups of sugar and 1-1/3 cups of softened butter and beat it till it’s fluffy and light. Gradually beat 4 eggs into the mixture and add 3 teaspoons of vanilla extract to it. In another small bowl mix 2 cups of flour, 1 cup of cocoa and ½ teaspoon salt. Now add this mixture into the large bowl. Prepare a baking pan by greasing it with butter, and spread the batter evenly in the dish. Bake the mixture at 350 degrees till the center is set. You can dig into your chocolate brownie once completely cooled!

Double Chocolate chip Brownies

Mix ¾ cup baking cocoa and half teaspoon baking soda with 1/3 cup of melted butter in a large bowl. Add boiling water to the mixture and stir till it’s blended together. Put in 2 cups of sugar, 2 eggs and 1/3 cup of melted butter to the mixture and stir well, gradually add 1-1/3 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon vanilla and ¼ teaspoon salt. Now stir in some pecans and chocolate chunks to it. Spread the mixture into the greased baking tray and bake it in the oven, preheated to 350 degree for 40 minutes. Once it’s ready you can pack them up in awesome gift wrapping paper and add it to your friend’s birthday gift basket. Don't forget to set some aside to binge on later!

Frosted Guinness Brownies

Preheat your oven to 180 degree. In a pan melt 225 gram dark chocolate, 75 gram butter and 200 ml Guinness on low heat until they result in a smooth mixture, then set them down to cool. In a bowl stir 300 gram brown sugar, 3 eggs and 100 gram flour. Stir it into the mix. Now spread it into the tray and bake for 25-30 minutes. Now it’s time for some frosting, beat cream cheese, then sift over icing sugar and mix to perfection. Spread some over the brownies and voila! These flavor some brownies are perfect for a thank you gift basket!
