  1. Legs up the wall or Viparita Karani

Known for the stimulation of the thyroid gland, Fish pose or matsyasana helps to improve your digestive system.  Hold on to this pose for 40-60 seconds for a stronger immunity system.

  • Reduce back pain, neck ache, and shoulder pain

 

  1. Happy baby pose or Ananda Balasana 

The happy baby pose helps to detoxify your butts and keep you calm. You can practice this yoga at the end of the session.  Breathe normal and hold this pose for 40-60 seconds.
