to the build-up to the roof. There are four basic ways to install this modified
bitumen roof.

tar

solvent-based adhesive. It doesn’t require the use of heat

Melt two sheets together by torching it down
with n open flame

Peel and stick base and cap sheets. They will

installed by a homeowner due to its peel and stick material. its price is neither
too low nor too high. You can easily afford it. it cuts energy bills and due to
its light-colored mineral surface, it also reflects heat.
Rubber
membrane roof (EPDM Rubber roof)
These rubber roofs are
easy to install in two ways. The first one is, weighed down or ballasted with a
large river stone. Second is, adhered to or glue down. Adhered rubber roofs are
easy to recognize. They are stretched tight over an insulation board and are
black in color.
Roofs that are
ballasted are covered with rock, which is similar to the built-up roofs. But
the stones are not stuck in the roof with tar.
It is one of the types
of flat roofs that re easy to install. You can install it yourself very easily.
Its material is highly resistant to scuffs and tears. Leaks are easy to patch.
Spray
polyurethane foam roof
It is made up of a
layer of high-density polyurethane foam sprayed from a sprayer or wand. Then
waterproofing elastomeric topcoat is used for coating the foam. This coat is
often reflective of white or gray in color.
Thermoplastic
membrane PVC or TPO
These membranes are a
single layer of material. it is usually white or gray in color but you can also
find it in a different color. Similar to EPDM rubber, these membranes can also
be adhered or mechanically attached with screws.
