Aloo Tikki

Aloo tikkis are the best snacks for vegetarians and are sometimes used as burger stuffing. Crisp and brown patties are made out of the boiled, mashed potato. The brown texture comes from the spices used which include chili, pepper, garam masala, coriander powder, and paprika. Have it hot with tea or coffee.

Kebabs

There’s nothing more spicy and appetizing than kebabs! Made in different varieties with different ingredients, they are real mouth-watering snacks that are worth gorging on. Paneer or peas, fish, chicken or mutton, there are kebabs of all types. The key ingredient is firstly marinated in lime, yogurt, and spices, and then fried over the oven or in the direct flame.
