No risk, No Gain

When I was coming to home via train I met a person. He was telling me that without taking risk, people can't grow and quoted a personal experience about it.

 

One of his good friend in 2004 was fed up with his job and coming to him, suggested him to do business with him. But this gentlemen decline that offer because he was afraid that if some plus-minus will happen then? That person starts working alone.

 

He got one small assignment from a company name 'Surya Roshni' and continuously works for 9 months sometime he was in loss, sometime in little profit but totally no gain from that business for initial 9 months. Then one engineer from this company moves to 'Panipat Refinery' and suggest this new company to give work to this person. They initially gave him a supply material and to be his hard work and persistence, he succeeded in that and gets profit of One million Indian currencies and then he went to 'Jindal Corporation', Hissar. They also give him a work to make a crane and he did that, gets 5 more assignment from that company. Then he never looks back and finally he succeeds.

 

From his first profit he took 500 sq yards plot in industrial area and lives on rent in a house. Today, he has three factories and his cranes have been exported in Australia and Africa.

 

He took the risk and never gives up, it was not his luck only but also his never give up attitude.
