Tips for writing posts that everyone loves and so do the search engines.
Search engines owners
Most if not all know the requirements for getting rankings in the search engines, perhaps you have even done your keyword research before you start out, don't worry I have done neither of these here, but what I have set out to do is share with you some special things you can do, tips to own the search engines.
Search Engine Posts
Posting for search engines can often seem very repetitive in the world of SEO optimisation, and SEO alone earns people comfortably lots of money. The data needed depends on the search engine you wish to communicate with. Similarly for every blog post you are blessed with a wonderful abundance of blogging tools, are you using them correctly?Tips for Writing or Blogging
- Find a topic, find the relevant words, bundle and mix them up and make sure at least three of them go inside your titles post URL.
- Use the words in the first paragraph and the final paragraph mix them about a bit even play with the words with a similar meaning it all adds to the relevant meaning of how the engine interprets the post.
- Look at your editor again, inside the editor you will find a thing called the Font Format with a little arrow, start using this every time you make a post, the alternative is to bold certain words and italicise other words, use sparingly though.
- Think about article marketing or sites you have wrote for and how they restrict your posts if you do not conform to certain things.
- Avoid cutting and pasting especially from the internet, a lot of people do this, to protect your posts add a little blue and grey tab called Copyscape, that way whenever you click the tab it will give you a diagnostic of anyone in the world who has used your text.
- Start bundling images into your posts, doesn't matter how big or small, remember big images can load down the loading time of a page, I sure like me you have a bundle of tiny PNG images of clocks and motifs, start using them in posts alternate from left to right, give them the same keywords you use in your blog post description and be sure to delete any links with the loaded images, the last thing you want is people straying away from your page.
- Start exploring your blog posts more look for like-minded peoples approval perhaps they will add you into the text of there blogs, if you want to give links to words (preferably two or three bunched relevant keywords and you want to give noticeable authority or food for the engines then make sure you give the link authority, 1st authority is good but if you just have the link open in the same page this will register enough with search engines to give your pages muscle. This works very well within static sites which need navigation from post to post but also work perfectly well in all posts, for example I will now add a link to another post I made here on APSense well over a year ago about ART.
Writing for Search Engines
Notice how these wonderful headers bring attention and break up the monotony of the post, this is for one reason and one reason alone, today 2010 search engines Google, MSN, AOL, Bing, Ask Jeeves, MSN, Road Runner all love text they can crawl, they have bots to do this, spiders to do the same thing and a whole heap of ways to interpret what is going on in a page. THe headers are like a countdown for the spiders to browse. Deeper diagnostics come later on so if you are terrible at grammar and spelling don't worry just start making a point of counting down your posts with the ALT paragraph facilities you have within your editor, you find it here, of WYSYWG's Blogspot, TypePad, Posterous, Article Sites, Knoll's, Squidoo's Hub Pages to many to mention really.
Conclusion for Optimising Writing for search engines
In this post I introduced to you a simple solution to change your behavior online with text. I have also introduced to you the value of adding images big or small. Following from this seven simple steps have been added to exemplify how easy it is to writing posts that everyone loves and so do the search engines. The great thing about practising these things is you will have more readers, rather than just writing for yourself and the expected readers, but more importantly you will be breaking down your way of writing into a simple formatt, citing a quoting is another topic and I have not even gone on to explain other things you can do to feed your posts, with scripts from various media. I hope you find this useful and that you can find some value in some of this if so feel free to bookmark and share I will try and add a bookmark for Sphinn, please bookmark it there if you can.
