The Legend of Spamutopia
Once upon a time there was a beautiful place called Spamutopia. (Cut me some slack-this is a fairytale after all) The people of Spamutopia led carefree lives doing only one thing, spamming each other from sun up till sun down. Families didn't share news in their emails they all shared another link, another biz-op or another scam e-mail.
Eventually the people of Spamutopia realized that spamming each other did no good so they set off to find new lands where they could send their spam messages to new people. Some of these new lands welcomed the Spamutopians and even began learning how to Spam from them. They started calling the Spamutopians 'Gooroos'. They followed the ways of the Spamutopians and became Spamutopians themselves!
One day the Spamutopians found a little place called APSenseland. They thought to themselves "What a beautiful land! We'll teach them how to spam too!" Unfortunately the Spamutopians didn't know that living In Apsenseland were the Anti-spammers, mortal enemies of Spamutopia.
They soon found out that the Anti-spammers' favorite sport was hunting Spamutopians. The Anti-spammers had powerful weapons like the delete button and the report abuse button! The Anti-Spammers even talked to each other and knew each other. When they found a Spamutopian, they let all the other Anti-spammers know so they could use their report abuse buttons too!
The Anti-spammers made life miserable for the Spamutopians. They still make life miserable for them. The Anti-spammers look for spam and report all the spam that they see. The Spamutopians learned that the people in APSenseland don't like spam, so they try to hide it now. They make comments that don't have anything to do with the post. They post pure gibberish. They post advertising without a link as comments. They even plagiarize the original post or other people's comments, but the Anti-Spammers are wise to these tricks.
Many Spamutopians go back to Spamutopian or some of the other lands where they are welcomed. Those who remain in APSenseland must renounce all ties to Spamutopia, Some even become....Anti-spammers!
An Update for all the Spamutopian out there! Bye Bye! your spam posts will no longer fly here on APSense!

Alarm clocks in my house meet the M-60 if I haven't had my coffee!

Hey Cheryl, be nice, I liked the ding-ding-ding girl. Thanks to her, nobody needed coffee to wake up, with that bell ringing all the time. LOL

Well, sometimes simple things have a great effect. Let's hope this will stay this way!

Do you know how many copy paste ads they will have to hunt up? Unless they just keep repeating. Good thing the ding-ding-ding girl is gone. I can't imagine that being repeated 150 times!

Don't tell me 150 words can keep of spammers. To easy to believe! Let's see how long it will take them to assemble those 150 word.

Spamutopians now have a reason to go back to Spamutopia and leave APSenseland!

Well It looks like a spam atom bomb went off on APSense. The spammers can't come up with 150 words to post!

Actually Philippe all legends have a kernel of truth at their core, in this case we have the entire ear of corn!

Most of the time, a legend is not a true story. In the case here, it is all true, only the names of the characters have been changed. :)

Little Red Ridinghood will now go to the backseat. The Legend of Spamutopia is now officially my new favorite fairytale.
@ Dawie. I second that. I want a crate too.

I noticed that Paula! The Spamutopians are afraid of the Anti-Spammers that are gathering here. We might all use those report abuse buttons against them!

This absolutely the nicest fairy tail I have heard in many years. I love it. I am looking forward to the next fairy tail. Ofcourse the spamonians will hate it. Topped and shared

Its pretty fable, my friend! Despite being told by you in mild tone, it is clear his stand against spammers, a situation that I sympathize with you. No more spam, go to their land and stay there;)
