Say thank you to a Veteran

I bow to thee in respect. To one and all service men and women who put their life to serve the nation and in effect to serve the humanity.

The vets are the best they look out for our nation safety when we don't

Thanks to all my apsense friends who have helped me. I am earning credits and a little cash.

Warren I'm hoping for that day too. It's not a problem for those of us who are 'on the front lines' so to speak. We know the guy across the battlefield is pretty much the same as us.

It the idiots sitting in some government building who don't have anything to lose. Those are the ones who see us as numbers like this is some real life game of risk. They don't feel the direct impact of sending people into war zones.

Not just because today is veterans day but to encourage those who have put their personal lives on hold and their very lives on the line to wage war on the terrorists
of 9/11 that carnage like that may hopefully never occur again.

Thank you very much Cheryl. My brother is also a veteran who has done two stints in Iraq, and I'm deeply grateful to all of you. God Bless!

I also am a proud veteran having served in the vietnam era. I do feel sad that our country is letting us down regarding our benefits. Every year they take more and more away. I am talking mainly about the VA hospital system. I am retired in Thailand yet if I get sick, I am expected to fly back to the USA when there are a lot of military hospitals a lot closer. But I am still proud and think of some of my old buddies from time to time!
