cleanse your face-using your kitchen ingredients

Dealing with stress nowadays means going to the spa,and pampering 
your body with soothing massage and soaking in a hot steaming pool
to rejuvinate your skin and increase your circulation..but what if
your hectic schedule won't permit you to do so? Here are some of
my skin regimen, using simple and inexpensive ways to pamper you.

Milk-fresh milk is known to have protein and certain vitamins that
nourish our bones and skin. Dab milk onto your face-it should be
throroughly washed first with facial soap and rinsed.towel dry and
then apply the milk.Massage very gently using ur ring finger..after
10minutes rinse.

Citrus fruit- a skin peeling formula, right out of the fridge!It
clears away the excess oil and whiten the surface since it cleanses
pores and tight soap residue on skin.effective on elbows too..

Honey- it tightens our skin, rejuvinates and makes our skin
younger looking.dont forget to rinse!you don't want to be bitten by
ants right?

avocados-also a good source of vitamin A and E.it replenishes lost
moisture.

egg- it helps in easing out wrinkles..it may be used like a mud pack.

So, next time you head out to your groceries, be sure to have this
ingredients in handy..and help yourself become flawless and more beautiful.
