I hear adoption reduces stress when 7 kids are the creators....Nah love them too much for that but have long used Ti Chi for stress relief. It's a great blend of meditation with light stretching and exercise that also focuses on personal balance and expanding the mind.

Great Post, thanks!
I have been posting on twitter that Clutter causes Stress. I find if life, homes, offices etc are organized and clutter free we feel more comfortable. The next part is that if we donate to a charity it is easier to let go of 'possessions'. So many are in need and unused articles could be a blessing to others (and ourselves).
Trying not to overdo and schedule every minute of our day is helpful. Learning to say no is a challenge but worth it.
