Stress!
It's a scary word and a horrible feeling. Negative emotions are evoked at just the thought of it. Most people are under a lot pressure these days because life can be very demanding, fast paced, and hectic so it's really easy to become stressed out.

The signs of stress include poor judgment, a general negative outlook, excessive worrying, moodiness, irritability, agitation, inability to relax, feeling lonely, and more. As you can see none of these emotions are healthy and can have a very damaging effect on our well being.

Learning to cope with stressful situations in a positive way is the key to staying healthy. While I'm not a doctor, and cannot give medical advice on stress management, I've discovered that exercise is one way to help relieve stress in my life.

Research has shown that if left untreated, stress can be very harmful to us, therefore it's very important that we pay attention to the stressors in our lives, and eliminate those that we can. If complete elimination is not an option it's imperative that we find solutions to change those stressful situations because persistent stress can lead to illness and mental disorder.

Remember stress comes to us from both the good and the bad things in our lives, and it is impossible to have a completely stress-free life.
