I froze them raw
I found eggs and cheese on sale last week
So I made 6 of them, all with green peepers and onions.

I know what I will be having for breakfast a day or 2 this week.
My mother in law who is very fussy, just loves them.
I have NOT told her yet when she gets ones that has been FROZEN
so I think if she can't tell no one can.

Just an update about freezing these
I placed in a freezer bag with Cheese only and 2 eggs.
I froze it. over
Then I thawed in the fridge night.

I could taste no difference!!!!!

So Cheryl, thanks for the suggestion.
Next time eggs are on sale I am going to prepare
several to have on hand.
My neighbor with her 5 kids is waiting for the results
of my freezing test... She will be so happy.
I think this will be a real time saver for her especially since school is back in session.

Awesome idea for breakfast... I am going to fan of you..

I made up a whole bunch of eggs/cheese/English muffins and froze them. You know like they serve at Mickie D's
I wrapped them so I was able to microwave the stuff for for different lengths of time. I was worried the eggs would be rubbery
but they were not bad at all...

But I must tell you, these omelet's are so easy and NO mess and No oil.

I might just have to try the freezing idea though.
I can be really lazy at times.

Yummy recipe. I'm wondering how it would work with freezing. If that would work you could prepare way ahead of time and thaw in the fridge before using.
