Choosing the right anchor text

For example, a link like: "Click to learn Web design" the words "Web design" as the anchor text is much more valuable than "click here" as a link for anyone who can click. The reason for this is that the anchor text in the first example is relevant, and helps the site so it can be linked and can be positioned better in this term, while the second example is not descriptive (unless you try to position the term "click here") As I said before, there is much more in the context of SEO, but if you concentrate on building inbound links with proper anchor text you're on the streets to topple the competition.
