Each person perceives sounds differently. In this regard, not all people react the same way to a situation of noise pollution. The psychic discomfort, stress and changes in learning are often the most common psychological effects.
Noise is considered a pollutant of the modern world, the pollutant "invisible", and today individuals and communities do not accept that noise is a "natural" technological development, and therefore should be regulated and controlled .
