In addition, foreign investment in Peru are
welcome. Peru seeks to create a good business climate for private investment to
develop both domestic and foreign. For this reason is that Peru is investing in
infrastructure and not only does the national government level. Currently, Peru
has 220 infrastructure projects developed by regional and local governments. The estimated investment for these projects exceeds
U.S. $ 2,000 million and allow a more balanced regional development in Peru. But
