Civil Service College, more popularly known as CSC is a statutory board based in Singapore. It works under the Public Service Division, or the Prime Minister's Office. The mission of this board is to develop the people for a first class public service. CSC officially became a statutory board on 1st October 2001. CSC gathers the public service officers from varied backgrounds and offers them vibrant opportunities to enter the service-wide network and exchange their views, build shared philosophy and perspectives, thereby creating a rich environment for discourse, knowledge sharing and learning.

The programs and services of CSC are practitioner-focused. This board has ample access to public sector via leadership and line management. Civil Service Institute was the predecessor of the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM). The Civil Service College presently is made up of IPAM, Institute of Policy Development, and CSC Consultants. IPAM section plans and organizes an array of effective courses and programs that strengthens the basic values of the Singapore Public Service, thereby equipping public officers with understanding and skills in terms of leadership, public administration and management. IPAM programs come through blended approaches of classroom style and superior e-learning methodologies and lessons.

Civil Service College offers many developmental services like Training Program Design, Competency-based Total Company Training Plan, Case Development on OE Tools Deployment, Conferences and Seminars and so on. The learning infrastructure of CSC is made through Training Administration System, Learning Management System and Rental of Classrooms and Facilities. This College grants greater autonomy and operational flexibility since it?s a statutory board, moreover with the passing years they have become more responsive to the customers' needs in this competitive knowledge-based economy.
