How to delete items from your computer Task Bar

Some of us are still confused how to delete the items on the taskbar of your computer.

Task bar is the window that shows the applications that are active on your computer.  If there are many items shown on the task bar, you can hide those applications by right clicking the START and selecting the Properties.

Below is the image of the taskbar on your computer desktop



You would have noticed the different applications on the task bar.

1.    Now right-click on START

2.    Click on 'Properties'. 

3.    Then click on "Customize"

4.    You would notice a window for 'Customize Notifications'.  In the title Behavior highlight any of the Current Items. 

5.    When you select any of the 'Current Items', towards the right, you would notice a drop-down menu. Select the action as per your requirement for each item. Click OK.

6.  On the next screen, select 'Apply' and click ok.

7.  Now the changes are done for your taskbar.
