Good Diet Habits
We should start our morning with 2-3glass of
water. It will give us energy to open our eyes. We must go to a morning walk
and we must do some exercises also. After doing exercise relaxation is very
important. During relaxation less oxygen is needed than when in movement
therefore breathing become imperceptible. After coming back to home we must sit
for some time and massage our body with oil and we should live for some time
and than take bath. In breakfast we must take 2piece of bread slice with omelet,
juice or milk. Lunch should be simple light and nutritious. Boiled rice with
desi ghee daal,raita,seasoing vegetable
like,beans,cabbage etc. We must do our dinner early and light with chapattis
with vegetables,dal,curd etc.For dessert have fruit, dry fruit etc.Those used
to non-vegetarian food may take chicken moderately curried along with
vegetables. Avoid red meat, fish, and suet in dinner. Before going to bed take
a glass of milk because it includes sound sleep.
