Successful people do small things in a great work. Success is not something that you run into by accident. It is the result of our attitude. All want to win but it takes a lot of preparation and hardworking. Some people think that they will not do hard work than also they want to success but this is not right. Success takes to much sacrifice and self-discipline. There is no limit of hard work and we should very much alert to every step. In our real life success comes to doers not by dreams. People have the qualities for success but people feel they don?t. Practice makes the man perfect. Some people never accept and learn from their mistakes but responsible people accept and learn from the mistakes. Success is the achieving not in the achievement. Winners condition and commit themselves to winning. Playing to win comes out of inspiration. The person who wants to win makes the extra effort and accept challenges.Hard work is both in a beginning and an end in itself.
