There is no relevance to the topic anywhere. The title suggests something and what the author wants is something else. Rio, when you have decided to move out, why seek advice on GDI? It is regrettable there is no option provided for 'abusive language' under 'Report abuse'. That is badly needed.

I am surprised you have not done anything about hosting. You need to think positive; With some good advise you can easily increase your traffic. Every time I make a new web page; within weeks I am getting hundreds of visitors a day because I promote it non stop. You need to have a very positive attitude if you are going to succeed online. Promote your page everywhere every day, I try and sign-up for surf for traffic programs every day, I also try to place at least 5 - 10 ads in free ad

I wasn't completely impressed with GDI when I signed up. They were very restrictive. So, I went to TWR Power Systems, which I have found to provide services good for people with little to moderate experience, because you can either use their site builder and/or 3-click installs, or your own development software like Dreamweaver. Their customer service has also been very responsive to my emails and were quick to help me with transferring my domains.

By reading this thread it is clear to me people are having problem finding a good hosting company. I am merely showing then more information and giving them another option. If that offends you your sense of fairness because you promote another hosting company, so be it.

Guys! I have to tell you, I haven't yet signed up with any hosting service. But I don't think I need it yet because my traffic is not that high. And I don't think that a web hosting service will increase my traffic. Thanks all for your input.

I am in GDI too. But do not like it very much. No service and no c-panel. The only thing I like is the availability is good short domain names. At least on other languages than English. But the costs are not worth the crappy hosting. I have 4 .ws names of which I will transfer 3 to another host

@S (Rio) Guzman I don't endorse Hostgator specifically for the way we were treated, support was crap. Naturally now I dont endorse any one as we got our own servers and became independent hosting suppliers

I have tried many hostiong companies, one Australian hosting I was asked to leave as my traffic kept crashing their server. Now I have the perfect web hosting and I joined them as an affiliate also.

I am with ixwebhosting and my hosting cost me zero for the top package. I only need to sign one person a year to any package, which I have done for 4 years I have been with them.

Rio I'd like to find out how you hosting eventually worked out.
