I have had no bad experiences with either program you mentioned. And I have been with them a long time. It takes awhile to reach payout but they do pay. I would suggest taking the referral issue up with the site owner.
I am glad you like the site. It is much easier to maintain and update.

Lynn Have you been paid by email pays u or Cash Paid email? I am just wondering because I bought the upgraded membership to cash paid email (the $4 a month subscription, the promised 40 or more referrals in 90 days). Anyways the 90 days ended and I did not receive 1 referral. I decided to dump both programs at that point. I just thought I would let you know that those are possible scams

Thank you Linda, people don't usually take the time to respond. I have had the site since last year. And it is updated daily. But, when I was told about this site in such early stages, I decided to write a quick update here. And when I have something else, I will delete this one and write another quick update.
