Green Tea, Marketing, and the Internet
As we all know, Internet marketing is one of the hottest ways to make money today. Most of us here at Apsense also know how tough it is! Work from home opportunities on the Internet are proliferating at an obscene rate. Free marketing tips, web marketing tips, and squeeze pages are everywhere! It's ridiculous!
It's capitalism at it's finest!
What do you do when you feel overwhelmed, and need to relax? The muscles in your neck and shoulders are screaming from tension and overload? Do what you do at any other time when you need relief. The keyword here is RELAX! The web, and web marketing aren't going anywhere!
One of my favorite ways to relax is fix a big cup of green tea, put on some relaxation music, and just meditate. Zen meditate. Which is of course to think NOTHING! The soothing sounds, herbal tea, deep breathing, all combine to refocus my mind. When the mind is focused there is nothing you cannot do!

Hi David,
I'm going to have to get some green tea because it sounds like it really is all that's
been claimed! Is green tea simply put: alfalfa tea? I just had to ask... for some reason I
put the two together..years ago...
I have to won up to drining coffee and I still smoke cigs! and no, I don't think if
a actor won't smoke they'll get fired...but if the character they're to portray has
motivation that requires them to be smoking? they might not get the part!
Maybe it'll help me cut down

You really have a point. Or twenty.
The Bancha- Green tea point was the one I'm referring to. Highly recommended to sip all day long.
If you also do the meditation, the sipping would by association, make the relaxing automatic.
Hate to give a bad example but like people who drink coffee and then reach for a cigarette.
(Talking of which, do film stars get fired if they don't smoke on screen? Or is that over now-a-days?)
