Pasted on from generation to generation
As if it were a family air loom
Proud to be considered cunning
Shrewd, artful, and willing
To lie cheat and steal
From their fellow humans
Calling themselves Christians
While betting on the greed and weakness
Inherent to man throughout time
People who start everyday
Intentionally to deceive
Anyone they can
Implicating them in ways
They may never understand
While putting their families in harm’s way
Exploiting others with intent
Liars, cheats and thieves
Is what they are!
Evil, is who they are!
And they’ll call themselves friends
So, beware!
