LEARNING TO LET GO AND ACCEPT

Don't worry, you don't need to be an enlightened Yogi on a mountain to understand these principles!

Whenever you encounter a potentially stressful situation, accept it rather than pushing against it

Say "So What?!" Will this really matter in 5 years time?

Become less attached to everything working out perfectly, learn to let go of perfectionism

Live in the present, stop worrying about the past and the future

Realise that you only learn and progress as a person when you have difficulties to overcome...would a baby ever learn to walk if it didn't fall over quite a few times?!

Research shows that we all need some kind of life philosophy in order to function effectively as human beings, and to feel fulfilment from life. Learn more about different philosophies and ways of life and see if anything appeals to you. Talk Soon, Lynn
