- Rice scrub: make this scrub by
adding 1 tablespoon of rice powder, 1 tablespoon of besan, and a pinch of
turmeric together. Add rose water to make it a smooth paste. Scrub on the
back and rinse off after 15 minutes. This will exfoliate your back skin

- Coffee scrub: Mix 2 tablespoons of coffee
powder, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 2 tablespoons of yoghurt. Apply this
mixture on your back, rinse off after 20 minutes, and wipe the back with a
washcloth. Do this exfoliation twice a week.
