The more I look at the Robert's Court upholding Obamacare as a constitutional tax, the more appreciative I am of the courage and brilliance of this conservative Supreme Court Justice. Instead of repealing Obamacare Judge Robert's exposed it for what it is, a barely constitutional tax on the middle class, along with a scores of other hidden taxes on the American people under the cover of "health care for all". Most people are overlooking the Robert's Court also upheld the state's right to reject Obamacare without any penalty. In retrospect Robert's upholding Obamacare is a victory for conservatives, as I see it.
