In my pattern of surfing traffic sites, social networking and blogs, I sometimes find a "gem" that I like to share.I found such a "gem" this morning. One of the blogs I poke around is "Coaching with Jon". He wrote a squidoo that I think i s awesome. Here is the link.

It's a shame that people have to write blogs etc (I wrote an article on APSense not too long ago myself) Explaining what it means to be a professional and it still doesn't sink in for some people.
