How to manage a group?
A group is where people of the same vision and goal gather to work and share their ideas. Even if they have different vision they still have the same goal with different ways to achieve.
Creating a group is easy however how to manage a group need a special skill and time management as well. When people created a group they have to share some of their ideas, time, creativity to keep on the group alive. Otherwise the group will be empty and inactive which make the members feel reluctant to get in touch with each other.
Joining a group will give us more vision more knowledge and more opportunity to get in touch with others in a very nice way. We can also promote our business in a group without violating each others. We can share our ideas as well, get the feed back from the other members and have fun at the same time.
