There Have Been Some Changes Made!

I had initially thought that once all have you - at least those that may have been interested, posted a new name for our Craft Group, I would have listed the names submitted and we could have voted on it.

Sometimes what you have in mind to do, is changed by outside forces.

ApSense has upped the playing field again and when I went to post a subject the other day I was confronted with a page I had never seen before.  It looked like a registration page, somewhat like the Rev Page.  I thought initially it was a glitch and backed out and went to do my missions.  Then came back and found I could not do anything in the Group, until I addressed what I was looking at.  It was serious and it had to be done right.

So, the name of the Group will not be voted on as I had to make a decision to proceed and keep our Group active.

Our new name is a marriage of what had been submitted and I hope it is satisfactory to everyone as it CAN NOT be changed.  Yikes.  Thank you to those that submitted a name.

I choose a tree as our symbol representing the "Tree of Learning" and also without wood many of our crafts and hobbies would not come to fruition.

Look at the new tabs.  If you have business in the craft field you can now post Rev Pages about it.  That also gets you reviewed through the RSS Feed.  Wow - what an opportunity that I hope some of you take advantage of.  It should also make for good reading and you will be able to post a picture, right here in our Group.  That is 3 points for ApSense right there.

Over all, I like our new features and I hope you do too.

Yes Darlene we have failed to thank you for all the time and thought you have put into this group. It is a great idea. I found when I had my first hub page, that others respond immediately to crafts, and recipes. You could write a blog on the chemicals we bring into our homes in cleaning products and even cosmetics with not response but they jump on a recipe or a craft and write asking for a suggestion or a recipe. You have created a CROWD PLEASER!! Thank you! you are apreciated.

I love the new features of the groups and the job you are doing with this group. As the holidays are approaching, I am sure this group will get more activity! Thanks so much for putting this together!
