Hello all. As this is for newbies I don't feel so bad about admotting my stupidity. I do not understand how to find the place to accept invitations to be friends. I hitt on the view my contacts button and that does not show new requests, only the ones that I have listed. Any help in offering steps to follow in detail, as I am really quite dumb regarding working the internet, would be sincerly appreciated.

It does not show any new requests becasue you do not yet have any. IA would begin letting peopleknow me b y writing some articles here on apsense, participating in discussions and so on.

Also go to ASK (red button at the top of any page) and join the apsense groups where people are requesting contacts. That should get you well on your way to obtaining contacts

Stupidity? Someone should pin a medal on you! So many people join these sites and try to pretend they are some expert when really they don't know JACK! And besides, how else do you learn besides asking questions, making mistakes and God Forbid looking a little silly from time to time?(I've looked silly my whole life!)

Check Your Contact Invites, there should be at least one there momentarily.
