OK folks, who is this MKWeb person anyway?

First a little about what MKWeb stands for. When I first started on the web, it was important to 'Brand' yourself, and since there are a few of us Mark Hultgrens (one is quite a good golfer from what I have seen online!) out there, I decided to use a moniker. So, My King's Web was what was impressed upon me. Since everything I do, I try my best to do it for the glory of God.

I use Mark 9:35 as my personal motto "If anyone wants to be first, he must make himself last of all and servant of all."

I try to keep this in ming when working with the members of 2getsales.com as well as a couple other affiliate programs I own and sponsor.

My profession is in the Civil Engineering field as a Civil Designer and CAD Manager for a medium size engineering firm in the southwest USA. I have been happily following this profession for the last 28 years and have begun focusing more of my attention to my retirement plan..... my internet businesses. Many of you know that I own and operate numerous domains, blogs and affiliate programs. I also provide hosting opportunities and even give what I think are some great benefits for all my affiliates\members\partners.

Each member at 2getsales receives at least the same commission (or more) than I do for their sales and I have just recently included some additional perks as part of the membership. Things like a free url shrinker account, the ability to acquire any of the products that I promote for nothing more than points that are accrued from sales by not only the member, but also by any sales made by members they have referred. And that is just the beginning.

So that is what my background is, but who am I? I am just another human being trying to help others make their lives better and by doing so, make my own better as well.  I don't think anyone has asked me for help and I turned them away. If I didn't have an answer, I was sure to point them in the right direction for their answers. Yes, I AM an affiliate marketer, and I enjoy what I do. It gives me great pleasure to see my members and friends begin making sales and getting their websites up and running and see visitors start flooding their sites. Why? Because that makes me feel good about what little I may have done to help them. I don't have all the answers, I don't even know the questions, but I do have some knowledgeable friends and associates that have 'been there, done that' and that is where I learned many of the things I use daily to bring my members and friends up to speed with certain aspects of website management and salesmanship.

As for pets, I have two beautiful horses that are 'My Babies', a two-year old sorrel and an 18 motnh halflinger. Both of them are fillys and they can both get a bit tempermental (they ARE girls you know!), but they are the second loves of my life, my sweet wife Kay being the first!

We have been blessed with six children, 14 grandchildren and three great grandbabies (at last count!) and I love each and every one of them!
