Overcoming Depression 101

Hi Everyone,
Haven't been exactly active in here, or in Apsense generally, of recent times. Truth is, I've been having a slight attack of can't-be-bothered-itis, aka mild depression of the non-clinical variety! Think it's been caused by stress, but haven't yet discovered what I have to be stressed about - that's the way of depression, though. It doesn't need a reason to arrive, it just does. Also have been having very regular migraines, which I've already written about in my Migraine group They don't help with one's state of mine, I can tell you! Anyway, just wanted to let you all know that I haven't deserted Apsense, or this group, but am dealing with some life stuff that needs to be dealt with asap. | I have been kinda there. Mostly it has been because I can't get rid of this mess of a sickness I have. I think it is this crappy weather we have been having. You are in my prayers! Love ya Jean!
