Overcoming Depression 101

I hope we've all been getting a running start to the year. I know I have it has been busy busy. But in a way that is a good think. Keeping busy keeps your mind occupied so you don't have as much time to dwell on your problems.
I hope we've all figured out a way to help others too. I've totally committed to two volunteering commitments which will keep me very busy in the coming year. I'm hoping they will lead to positive things in the future. If you have gotten into something designed to help others no matter what it is, share with us how you are volunteering. That just might give someone else ideas on what they can do. I'm involved in Kids Hope USA as a mentor. I'll be working with one at risk child in this program and I've also volunteered to organize a support group for a small performing arts school here in San Antonio.
