A Family Trait ?

This week one of my nieces came over for a visit - she informed me she'd just
had her cholesterol tested. 6.8, the same as mine, and she's only in her early
twenties. Looks as though it's a family problem, because two of my sisters
have high readings also.
Things you can do to lower your bad cholesterol level:
Get some exercise
Don't eat more than two eggs a week
Eat less animal fat, i.e. butter
Cut down on cakes, biscuits,(cookies) etc.
Eat plenty of fruit, nuts and vegeatables
Eat white meat and fish rather than red meat
If you've got any good tips for lowering cholesterol levels, please post -
any information that helps would be great!
