If I'm going to implement this I thought I would lay down the guidelines again. All group members are eligible for consideration as long as they have been active during the previous seven days. By active I mean started or commented on discussions. Depending on the number of group members and how many are active will determine how soon you can be chosen again.(We want everyone to have a chance). During the week you will be spotlighted. You are allowed a post to tell us a bit about you and your business. No ads! Other members can post comments or questions on the thread to ask for more info. You will be spotlighted from Monday through Saturday. An announcement will be made on Sunday naming the next week's expert.

I know many people don't like being called a newbie, I am not doing it out of spite. We were all there at one time.
