How DO You Choose Your Programme or Opportunity?

Choose something that Excites You!

First of all, you simply must choose something that truly gets you excited!
If you are not passionate about what you are doing, than how in the heck can you promote it?
Next, you must research the company. How long have they been in business? What kind of reputation do they have? How well are your questions being answered?
I have barely scratched the surface here, but in general you should trust the person you are working with, it should be a company that is going to be around for many years to come(hopefully more than you), and it should be providing a product or service that provides true value to people.

Thanks for reading, I welcome your comments or questions at any time!

Hi Garnet,

i agree with you that it is important to be enthusiastic about your business, However I think your advice to research the company is equally imporant -
The three questions you suggested

How long have they been in business?
What kind of reputation do they have?
How well are your questions being answered?

are critical and i believe that the last question is possibly the most important. if you are not getting satisfactory answers to your questions - WHY NOT

If your product or service is real and of value - there should be no unaswered questions - and if there are - maybe the writing is on the wall.

Saludos

This is all so important...these oportunities escpecially MLM oportunities are built upon interlocking groups of personal relationships.

Hey Beth,

I do remember a couple things about writing this, first that this was actually a re-write after losing my first entry to either a timeout or an error on my part....I still think I had it worded much better the first time!

I also remember posting this because Jenny with all her graciousness had taken the time to personally contact me and ask me to seeings as I had posted somewhere else in the group. How funny it is to think that if she had not(along with a couple other friends who did) I would have never spent the time I have here and gotten to know all the people I have come to love and respect....you hear that Jenny? It's all your fault! LMAO!!

Also, how funny that looking at the date, it's actually a year to the day I posted this!

As for you mrmentor, I don't think it matters what kind of business it is, it's always about building and maintaining RELATIONSHIPS. Thanks for stopping by!

I couldn't agree with you more. All those questions are so important. Another one that I always want to know is the compensation plan. Is it worth the money I am asked to spend?
It that is not clearly spelled out and my questions are not getting answered then I move on. Great discussion. Jackie
