If the Group Admin is not allowing the videos then clearly it is not what that particular group was formed for. I suggest finding groups more suited to your business or creating your own. In addition, what is the source of the videos? Perhaps you are violating the terms of the landing site by sharing them on Social Media

There is no easy way. Promoting DOES often require cross-posting on many platforms. Are these videos on a site you have control over? If so you might consider using Traffic Exchanges to increase raw traffic.

Why not build a website with your videos on it, then promote the website in appropriate groups on Facebook?

First make sure you have a YouTube channel were you have all your videos. Then post those in Groups but know that not all groups allow you to post certain videos. So be selective towards the groups you want to post in. Also make your own facebook fanpage and publish your videos there and maybe create your own foodie group, then you can Always post your videos :-)
