A bad buzz is a phenomenon of buzz that is to say a phenomenon of "word of mouth" negative which unfolds and amplifies on the Internet. It impairs the communication of a company, brand or public person who has suffered or provokes it. A company can suffer a bad buzz in the case of a customer very dissatisfied with the quality of a product or service that will complain about social networks and thus potentially launched a wave of bad opinion of other customers aggrieved . On the contrary, there are also intentional bad buzz or bad buzz orchestrated as part of a viral marketing campaign.
The sources of bad buzz are many and varied.
