At first, I avoided this program like the plague, because everyone on Twitter were hounding me to use it. But then people at work were looking for a way to better manage their Tweets. So, I looked a TweetAdder and ended up purchasing it. I wouldn't use it as your primary means of communicating with Twitter, because that won't help build the relationships that make social media work, but it does help keep your account active.
