Review on Acupuncture
PictureAn initial treatment usually lasts for an hour and a half. The first treatment takes longer because we need to do a thorough intake, learning about your entire past medical history as well as your present condition.
Follow up treatments will last approximately 1 hour including the intake. The treatment itself will last between 20-30 minutes.
After your initial intake we will discuss a treatment plan. For most conditions it is recommended that you come in between 8-12 times. Although it is likely you will see results after the first treatment it may take a few treatments for your body to integrate the lasting benefits of acupuncture. Many patients like to use acupuncture for health maintenance coming in weekly, bi-monthly or monthly after the initial course of their treatment is completed.

 Health, Wellness, e-BusinessExcellent rev page on acupuncture and its benefits for us humans. I am a big fan of alternative medicine as it goes deeper into addressing the illnesses that plague us than conventional medicine.
