PROCESS ROUTE OF WOOD DEBARKING MACHINE

Process route of wood debarking machine are as follows:

· Log——Material loading machine - Debarker feed chute——Barker -Discharging machine-Roller conveyer-Belt conveyer——Chipper feed chute——Chipper.

· Tree bark fell from drum debarker out-feed channel and roller conveyer——Belt conveyer——Energy plant.

WORKING PROCESS

STEP 1- Load logs, tree branches etc into roll groove.

STEP 2- Close feed baffle and then start –up the machine in clockwise direction. As operation of machine gets started, woods in roll groove are stripped by strip bar.

STEP 3- After fifteen minutes close machine and then open discharge baffle, again start machine and operate counterclockwise for two minutes, woods well peeled will be discharged automatically from roll groove. Stripping net rate can reach >95%.
