To access the CenturyLink Email on iPhone or to solve any CenturyLink Email problems, you need the following features on your device:

·         Wifi or Mobile data connection: You must have connected your iPhone with the internet while entering the CenturyLink email configuration settings on it.

·         Century Email address and Username: You must have your complete email address and username of CenturyLink email, as without it, you can not access your mail on iPhone.

How to Setup CenturyLink Email ID on your iPhone?

You must have setup CenturyLink email id properly on your iPhones. Otherwise, you may face various issues such as CenturyLink email not sending on iPhone, etc. To set up a CenturyLink email id on your iPhone, follow the steps given below:

·         To start the CenturyLink Email setup on your iPhone, open “Settings” from the home screen.

·         After opening the settings, click on the “Mail, Contacts, Calendars” option and then select “Add Account.”

·         A list of email service providers such as Outlook, Google, Yahoo, etc. will appear on your computer screen. Tap the “other” options if “CenturyLink” is not on the list.

·         Click on the “Add Mail Account” button from the “Mail” option.

·         Now, enter your Name, Email id, Password, and Description and tap the “next” option.

·         If you face any error message, then click on the “Ok” button to close it.

·         Now, click on the “POP” tab from the top of the window.

·         Enter the User ID and password under Incoming/ outgoing mail server and pop.centurylink.net as the hostname.

·         Click on the “Save” button from the top right corner of your computer screen.

·         Go again to the “Mail, Contacts, Calendars” settings and select your “CenturyLink” email account.

·         Verify all the information and select “SMTP” in the “Outgoing mail server” tab.

·         Choose “smtp.centurylink.net” as the primary server and check whether the following information is displaying.

o   SSL: none

o   Server port: 143

·         Go back to the previous screen, and from the “Advanced” tab, check the following information.

o   SSL: SSL

o   Server port: pop.centurylink.net

Once you are done with the above steps, restart your iPhone to save the changes.
