Why Custom Flags Can Improve Your Advertising?

by Kevin Smith Author

While plenty of businesses are focusing a lot of their efforts these days towards online marketing, that doesn’t mean the less digital methods are less relevant. If your business is located in a popular area where plenty of cars pass every day, then you’re in the prime condition to expand your advertising to a custom flag with your own company’s logo. If you’re hesitant in taking advantage of this opportunity, here are some reasons why having flags around your area can bring more customers in.

It's Eye-Catching

Flags do a great job of capturing the attention of potential customers as the sense of movement and contrasting colors can pique their interest. If your building has a basic color such as white or gray and the other surrounding businesses use the same palette, having a bright and colorful flag that sticks out from the rest of the environment will draw more eyes towards your area.

Living in a breezy area helps the usage of your flag as well, as onlookers will be more likely to gaze at moving objects. You can simply plant your personal flag and have the wind do it’s job rather than pay someone to dance around and flip a sign.

It's Easy to Use

Large signs are durable, but they are a pain to set up and even more of a hassle once their usage runs out. Banners are easier to set up but won’t last nearly as long as the larger signs and are harder to see. So why not go for something that gives you all of these advantages with fewer downsides?

Customized advertising flags are lightweight to carry around, large enough to be seen, and easy to take down and assemble back up should you need to take it inside during a storm. You’re typically given telescoping poles that hardly need any extra tools to set up. This also makes it convenient if you’re going to an event and want to take your flag with you.

It's Cheaper Than Other Marketing Methods

Rather than spend hundreds or thousands of dollars hoping someone sees your ad on television or hear about it on the radio, you can spend far less sticking a couple of marketing tools around an area you know people will see and have a higher chance of visiting it afterwards (since they wouldn’t have to travel far after seeing it as opposed to forgetting about it shortly after they see an ad elsewhere).

Having More Means You Can Expand Your Reach

You’re not as limited in range when setting up your custom flag as you might think. Numerous businesses have their flags located not just right next to their building, but closer to a street or entrance to a section associated with or nearby the establishment. You can take advantage of the larger area around you rather than just post it a couple of yards outside of the parking lot, no matter if you’re using rectangular or feather flags.
