manufactured with a salt of adipic acid and hexamethylene diamine. Both types
are extracted into small granules and manufactured in thread-like forms. These
are stronger than polyester and polypropylene and are susceptible to
hydrolysis.

Polyesters
– These are made ethylene glycol with terephthalic acid or dimethyl
terephthalate acid. It has more strength structure, skulk resistance and
general chemical inertness and making it perfect as Geotextiles. Solvents such
as phenol and meta cresol with a pH range between 7-10 are used in Geotextiles
and making it long-lasting up to 50 years. It is highly resistive to UV
radiations. Its installation requires extra attention and prevent from the
exposure to UV radiations.

Polyethylene
– It is manufactured in crystalline form
that is an essential ingredient to the fibre-forming polymer. These are
available in three types that are low density, low linear density, and very
high density.

Polypropylene
– It is a crystalline thermoplastic
material made of the polymerization of propylene monomers with catalyst
Zeigler-Natta.

Woven
Geotextiles are made by twisting and blending textiles on a loom created into
single length. The end product is sturdy and robust that is used in car parking
