  • Put yourself in customer's shoes: Understanding the depth of your dissenters is the key to implement any reputation management strategy against it. More than discovering who are the people having issues, you need to know why they have concerns and put yourself in their shoes. This will provide you with more success.

  • Protect the company’s image: There haters across the market. One negative aspect of your company is a brownie point for your competitors. If your efforts go in vain to get rid of the false accusations against your company, it is time to pursue legal advice in such scenarios.

Be prepared for criticisms and implement the necessary strategy accordingly. At the same time, run your company ethically and build an excellent rapport with your customers as well as other business entities.
