is AH (Ampere Hour)?
An ampere hour (abbreviated Ah) is the amount of energy charge in a battery that will allow one ampere of current to flow for one hour. Generally the AH
is taken on a 20 hour basis. For instance, if a battery is specified at 100 AH
then it means that 5 Ampere of current will flow every hour for 20 hours.
