Ghee is used as a regular cooking oil that is much healthier than refined vegetable oils. But what are the ghee nutrition facts? The nutritional content of ghee can vary by brand and the diet of the cows that supplied its milk. 

Pure ghee or grass-fed ghee contains the highest amounts of essential fatty acids and fat-soluble vitamins.
